These questions highlight the concerns, curiosities, and needs of new parents as they navigate the early stages of their baby’s life.
How does the consultation process work?

Once your consultation is booked, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a reminder the day before. All of our calls are offered via an online ZOOM session however we can also chat over the phone if the client would like. We find it best to have the session over video chat so that we can engage better with the client.

Who will be conducting the consultations?

One of our Registered Nurses will be joining the call to answer any questions that you may have.

How do I book an appointment?

Please use our Booking link to book a session with us.

What qualifications and experience do the nurses have?

All of our nurses carry a RN license and experience in the field. Most have a background in pediatrics aswell.

Can I get a prescription or treatment plan through this service?

We do not offer any prescription treatments. For prescriptions please engage with your primary provider.

How long does each consultation last?

Our standard consultation lasts 15 minutes however we can setup a meeting for any length of time requested by the client.

Is the service covered by insurance?

The is a private pay consultation service and insurance is currently not accepted.

What is the cost of a consultation?

Rates vary depending on the service that is being requested. Please contact us directly for more information.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We can work with you to cancel or reschedule to fit your needs.

How does the service handle emergencies or urgent situations?

If you have an emergency situation please contact your local emergency department (911). We cannot help you with any emergencies.

Do you offer any resources or guidance after the consultation?

Yes, we can provide you with notes and reading materials that we think will be helpful for each clients needs.

What languages are consultations available in?

We currently offer English and Spanish nurses for our consultation sessions.
